How these people think its acceptable to no answer the phones is a joke, even in the airport they are the most arrogant unhelpful people.its disgusting.
Still waiting on REFUND FOR A YEAR
I had a flight to Dubai for early April 2023, priced £500+ (so not exactly super cheap) with a normal <2hr stop-over in Cairo. 21st March 2023 they changed the stop over from 03:50 - 05:35 (leaving off again), to leave 09:40. Thinking its totally ok for the price I paid to edit my flight stop-over by 5hr50mins!! If I wanted almost a 6HOUR stop over I would have picked a SUPER cheap flight! Are you mad! I processed discussions between the third part Booking agency and Egypt Air concluding I'd get a refund. I am yet to GET A REFUND from the agency, as they keep saying Egypt Air have not processed this Refund. NO one replies to me. No One answers the phone (mind you at 45pm/minute call!) and so now I am resorting to Review Writing and will head to their Hammersmith Office. Egypt Air if you see this please check your emails! I have seen someone has decided to go through the Small Courts - thank you for the suggestion I will consider how to do this down in London.
Impossible people
The website doesn't work properly; neither does the app. They never answer calls - their phone lines are permanently engaged. Apart from that, they're great to deal with!!!!
NEVER FLY WITH EGYPT AIR
I have a reasonable claim against Egypt Air after they lost my luggage OVER A YEAR AGO ! My wife and I were going to a Hindu Wedding in Dubai and , because there were strict dress codes and our luggage was lost for 3-4 days in Dubai Airpoert - we had to make purchases of over £250 plus costs for phone calls and taxis. Despite completing their official claim form and sending over 20 emails with copies of receipts, I know that I’m being fobbed off. I now intend to take my case to the SMALL CLAIMS COURT which is based in Salford. I’ll let you know how I get on. Dave Campbell
